This project requires that you do the following:

1.    Create any facts relevant to draft a hypothetical scenario involving the lawsuit 2.    Explain the relevant laws or regulations pertaining to the alleged discrimination 3.    Propose a training plan for the company to avoid these issues moving forward

The training plan must include at least the following:
